Emergencies are accepted anytime during regular business hours. If you feel your pet is having an emergency, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before arrival so a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. For emergencies after hours, please call our office at 715-834-7538 to be directed to an on-call veterinarian that can address your needs.
Urgent Care Veterinarians and personnel are on duty six days a week during normal business hours who are trained and equipped to handle urgent care needs for our existing clients' pets. Usually an urgent care team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Urgent care can include things such as poisoning, hit by car, or chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs urgent treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to accommodate you and your pet between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
