As veterinary professionals, we are very aware of the rapidly growing concern with COVID-19. We want you to feel safe and comfortable with our continued care of your pets at our hospital. Your pet’s wellness remains our highest priority as we move forward through this difficult time. We are staying current on all recommended guidelines and will continue to provide the best care to your pets in a safe environment.
Please be aware of some important changes to our normal routine:
If you areexperiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule nonessential appointments. If urgent care or emergency appointments are needed while you are feeling ill, please ask a friend or family member to bring your pet in to the hospital.
When you arrive for a scheduled appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call the hospital from the parking lot to let them know you have arrived. Our phone number is 715-834-7538. One of our staff members will come out to your vehicle and get your pet. The doctor or technician will then call for any needed history/ information and the doctor will examine your pet and call you with any concerns or questions. A staff member will then bring your pet back out to your vehicle and you can call the clinic to make your payment or give cash or check to the technician.
Currently, for new appointments, we are only scheduling sick/emergency or other essential appointments.
As a hospital, we are working to maintain a clean and safe environment and have increased our cleaning and disinfecting in all common areas. We have talked to our employees about staying home if they have any symptoms and have discussed proper hygiene protocols. We will continue to watch updates provided by CDC, WHO, AVMA and WVMA and will make changes as needed and keep you informed as we move forward.
